Failed generation credits

Confirmed generation failures return reserved credits. If acceptance or delivery is uncertain, the task is reconciled first. A credit return is separate from a payment refund.

Payment refund requests

Contact support with the order identifier and reason for your request. A failed-task credit return does not automatically refund a payment. Requests are assessed under the purchase terms and applicable consumer rights.

Manage renewal

Review the billing interval before purchase. Use your billing area to view subscriptions and available cancellation controls, or contact support for help. Cancelling renewal is separate from requesting a refund.
